Event Creative / Virtual Production / Brand Storytelling
In 2020, the challenge was clear: how to make a virtual event feel bold, human, and essential during a time of digital overload. As the event evolved in subsequent years, the challenge shifted to scaling production while maintaining that storytelling-first magic. Each year, the narrative needed to reflect current cultural moments while staying grounded in Gusto’s mission and product roadmap.

Approach:
3Motion Creative developed and produced a series of hybrid keynote films, pre-recorded features, and live elements with a consistent editorial voice. From scripting to post-production, we treated Gusto Next like a launch campaign more than a conference, layering cinematic visuals, customer interviews, and executive messaging with dynamic pacing and thoughtful design.
Gusto Next has become a tentpole event for the company, helping shape public perception, activate sales teams, and drive engagement across customer segments. Each year, the event sets a new creative benchmark, with 3Motion Creative playing a foundational role in its evolution and emotional impact.
