Gusto needed a compelling way to celebrate the winners of its Impact Awards, an initiative recognizing small businesses making big community contributions. The goal was to elevate each winner’s story while maintaining a cohesive brand narrative, all within a tight production timeline.
We leaned into a docu-style narrative approach, capturing each small business in its natural environment. Our team coordinated shoots across multiple cities, working with minimal crews to stay agile while maximizing quality. Each segment was crafted to reflect both the unique spirit of the business and the overarching mission of the Gusto brand.
The final video series became a cornerstone of Gusto’s Impact Awards campaign, widely shared across social platforms and internal communications. It gave a national platform to five mission-driven businesses and reinforced Gusto’s position as a champion of community-first entrepreneurship.
