Dext needed to create an engaging, scalable training experience that would resonate across markets and languages. The program had to meet the expectations of seasoned accounting professionals, support onboarding for firms and their clients, and be easily deployable across LMS and digital platforms. All of this had to be done while maintaining a cohesive tone and aesthetic across both English and French versions.
3Motion Creative produced over 8 hours of polished video content. The project blended structured education with brand storytelling. We captured interviews, team culture, cityscapes, and polished animations to humanize the technical. Each module was developed to maximize clarity and retention, with subtitles and cross-language versioning integrated from the ground up.
The certification program became a flagship component of Dext’s learning ecosystem, now available to professionals globally. Hosted across LMS platforms and Dext’s marketing channels, the video series has enhanced user engagement, helped firms onboard more efficiently, and positioned Dext as a modern, multilingual educational partner.
